John Brady Boiler Services offers customers a clear pricing policy. It is company policy to offer a fair and up-front pricing structure to our customers.

All standard breakdown-repairs pricing is outlined below. Most breakdown or repairs are carried out within the first 60 minutes without additional parts.

Where additional parts are required, a quotation will be given to all customers at the time of the callout along with any additional labour costs, if required.

No additional price mark-up will be added to the cost of the parts to the company.

Including Fault Finding to resolve existing issues

Not including Parts if required                       €129.00  (€113.66 + €15.34 VAT @13.5%)

Prices include VAT @ 13.5%

Gas Boiler Breakdown & Repairs

Minimum Charge including first 60 minutes      €129.00  (€113.66 + €15.34 VAT @13.5%)

Additional labour                                                       €40.00 every 30 mins  (€35.25 + €4.75 VAT @13.5%)

Revisit to fit part                                                        €40.00 every 30 mins (€35.25 + €4.75 VAT @13.5%)
